No, our code of ethics we follow from The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (INTERNACHI) prohibits inspectors from soliciting repairs on properties we inspect. Our purpose is to provide an unbiased detailed inspection to benefit you.
ARE YOU AVAILABLE FOR ANY QUESTIONS I HAVE REGARDING THE REPORT AFTER CLOSING?
Yes, we are able to answer questions you have about your home inspection. We pride our selves on revealing the information that will help you make a good investment and keep your family safe.
SHOULD I BE PRESENT FOR THE INSPECTION?
Although you are not required to be present, We encourage you to attend the inspection. There are always items in an inspection that are best explained on-site.
